1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Perishable goods such as rice, grains, and food items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof along with order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or process a refund depending on the case.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return as per this policy.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used food products.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products not in their original condition or packaging.
